Liga I Over Under Bet

Liga I (First League) is the top professional men's soccer league in Romania. It is currently sponsored by Orange, and thus officially known as the Liga I Orange.

Liga I is composed of 14 clubs, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Liga II. The teams play 26 matches each in the regular season, and then enter the play-off or the play-out according to their position in the regular season.

A Liga I season runs from June to March.

Liga I was established in 1909 and immediately commenced play for the 1909–10 season. It is administrated by the Liga Profesionistă de Fotbal. Prior to the 2006–07 season, the league was known as Divizia A, but the name had to be changed after finding out that someone else had registered that trademark.

In Liga I over under betting, you are wagering that the number of goals would either be over or under a given total. Liga I over under bets look like:

In the example above, "Under 2.5" is the favorite (indicated by the "-" sign). Betting $120 on "Under 2.5" goals wins you $100 if the match's total score is 2, 1 or 0.

Meanwhile, "Over 2.5" is the underdog (indicated by the "+" sign). Betting $100 on "Over 2.5" goals wins you $100 if the game's total score reaches 3 or more.

In an over under Liga I bet, it does not matter which club wins the match. All that matters is the final score.
